Delivery :

  • We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and cleared payment.
  • ​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Riababy is not responsible or liable for any loss and/or damages incurred to the products during transit.
  • Dates on our Pre-Order Products are estimate dates only for arrival into our warehouse.
  • We are currently trialing new sustainable packaging for online orders. You may receive your order packed with new recycled materials inside the box or satchel.
  • Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your order has left our warehouse, however please see the table below as a reference.

  • Sydney Metro: 3 - 8 business days
  • Other interstate locations: 4 - 14 business days

 

Pick up :

Please select pick up option and address at checkout. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for pickup. Please reply and book your pick up time & date.
