Dispatch timeframe
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after your order is received and payment is cleared, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been collected by the carrier.
Estimated delivery timeframe
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:
- Melbourne metro: 2–5 business days
- Other locations in Victoria: 3–7 business days
- Sydney metro: 3–8 business days
- Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days
These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Remote and regional addresses, public holidays, peak periods and unexpected carrier delays may require additional time.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order.
Warehouse collection
Warehouse collection is available from our Box Hill North warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Please wait for our confirmation email before visiting. Collection instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
Pre-order items
Estimated warehouse arrival dates are shown on each pre-order product page and may change.
Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. Tracking details will be sent once the carrier collects your order.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may send them separately.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and product. Our team will help resolve the issue.
