Description
The Koala is our compact indoor wooden climbing playhouse, designed to turn one simple route into a little adventure. Children can climb up the bars, crawl through the tunnel and head down the slide — then circle straight back to do it all again.
There is more to change as they grow. With the tunnel in place, the slide can be moved to different heights or flipped over into a rock-climbing ramp. Remove the tunnel and the four pre-assembled play panels can be repositioned around the frame. The tunnel platform has a second life too: when the climbing slows down, it becomes a low surface for cars, blocks, drawing or pretend play.
Made from FSC-certified A-grade European beechwood, the Koala is finished with rounded edges, cloud-shaped side panels, easy-grab handholds and cotton rope made for little hands. See the four configurable panels →

Care & Safety
Before play
Place the Koala on level ground, away from open fires and heat sources. Always supervise play. Stop use if a part is damaged or missing, and check / tighten screws every 2–3 weeks.
Looking after the wood
Wipe clean with a damp cloth, then dry any moisture straight away. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight.

One favourite. More ways to grow into it.
Keep the tunnel route for the familiar loop they love, then change the challenge as they grow — lower or raise the slide, flip it to the climbing side, or remove the tunnel and rearrange the four panels for a completely new way through.
A few thoughtful changes can make the same playhouse feel new again. Adult reconfiguration required.

We got this for my daughter’s first birthday and although we didn’t setup until she was 21 months old, she loved it. Watching her go on the slide over and over tells me we made the right choice!

We purchased this for our boy at 8 months old, granted he can’t do a lot with it yet, but he will! He explores the play house daily, the textures of the wood and rope, the notches in the slide and of course all the screws he can point to and giggle at. He pulls himself up to stand on the ladders and climbs over and under the slide, as well as making it very known when he wants to hop in the baby swing for a push.
Excited to watch him grow into his Koala play house and see all the fun he will continue to have on his own and with his friends.

The base set includes the climbing frame, configurable boards, reversible slide / rock-climbing side, crawling bridge / play table, monkey bars, gym rings, swing and soft climb. Optional accessories are separate.
What makes the tunnel different?
It gives younger climbers a route that makes sense: climb up, crawl through, slide down. When you’re not using it as a tunnel, the bridge can become a low play surface for cars, drawing or pretend play.
Can the slide be used for climbing?
Yes. Flip the reversible board over and the other side becomes a rock-climbing ramp. You can also change where it connects to vary the challenge.
Is the Koala designed for younger climbers?
Yes — that is exactly who we designed the Koala for. Its climb → crawl → slide route gives little ones a clear sequence they can learn to move through by themselves, while the built-in handholds, rounded touch points, smooth A-grade European beechwood and careful craftsmanship are all considered for smaller hands and bodies. Adult supervision is required at all times.
How much room will we need?
The frame is about 118.2 cm long across the top, 104.6 cm deep at the base and 115.5 cm high. The slide is 120 × 39 cm and extends beyond the frame, so leave extra room for sliding and access.
What are the weight limits?
Maximum frame load is 90 kg. Maximum gym-ring load is 30 kg. Accessory limits apply separately.
Can we add a hammock, swing or drawing board later?
Yes. The hammock, cushioned baby swing and double-sided magnetic drawing board are Koala-friendly add-ons. Magnetic letters and numbers can be used with the drawing board.
Does the Glamping Tent fit the Koala?
No. The Glamping Tent is designed for the Kangaroo Playhouse and is not compatible with the Koala.
Can the 3-in-1 PlayMat be used with it?
Yes for floor play or ball-pit mode, but not as a landing mat for the Koala. Keep the distinction clear when styling the set.
Can it go outside?
We wouldn’t treat it as all-weather outdoor equipment. Keep the timber dry, wipe moisture straight away and avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
How often should we check the hardware?
The assembly manual says to check and tighten screws every 2–3 weeks, and to stop use if a part is damaged or missing.
How is it delivered?
Two cartons: the climbing-frame carton is approximately 120 × 66 × 24.5 cm at 28 kg; the slide / platform / accessories carton is approximately 126 × 44 × 11 cm at 16 kg.
